Ambi-Sonic Radio plays on the last Sunday of the Month. We play mix up the best in new downtempo and chillout music as well as giving you the classic influences of times forgotten. It's a live extension of our regular radio show.
If you want to tune in, Live365 asks for just your email and you make a password (that'll let you get right into the show next time) and that's it. You'll hear a short commercial and then be put into the live broadcast.

DJ MAK Classically trained but found DJing to be his next expression, DJ Mak spins sets that you probably won¹t hear much elsewhere. Although eclectic, his first loves are mostly Chill, Lounge, Easy, Nu Jazz, Bossa, 60s-70s Euro soundtracks. Cinematic and moody. Melodic and dramatic. A sound Gilles Peterson would be proud of. SOLACE SETS Solace was an event we did to benefit victims of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. It was also tied into the Love Parade of SF as an after party at 111 Minna. Live sets by Jump/Cut & The AmbiChillas. Dj's included MAK, Joker, and the Ambient Mafia. The sets recorded are unmarked, yet convey the sound for the evening. We believe that these recordings captured the AmbiChillas performing live for the first time, making them very special are rare recordings.
